  • Planning, monitoring and optimization of CAPEX & OPEX budgets.

  • Vendor management & Purchasing

  • Monitor Facilities related service request and provide end to end service to employees.

  • Plan, coordinate and initiate occupational H&S and environmental sustainability activities.

  • Periodic reporting of environment, H&S and property data to global facilities team.

  • Monitor departmental service level agreements.


  • Minimum 2 years experience in facilities management or administration.

  • A degree in Business administration or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in occupational health and safety is an added advantage.
