University Partnerships is division of Pearson that offers online program management services to universities and business across Australia. We achieve this through market research, marketing, student recruitment, student retention and course development and delivery services.

The University Partnerships team is seeking an Alliance Team Coordinator for a 12 month month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Alliance team through the preparation, organisation and management of all communication, engagement and documentation across the team. They assist with all course documentation and processes including process development and ongoing maintenance.

The Alliance Team Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the alliance team in meeting their student enrolment and retention targets through reporting and monitoring and is the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all administrative matters.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and undertake reporting tasks for the Alliance, including the coordination of teaching period reports, daily recruitment and retention reports and other reporting as required.

  • Project support - Follow up relevant parties on outstanding actions identified in meeting notes for internal and external meetings to ensure deadlines on actions are met

  • Document management - Distribution and version control of all alliance documentation- including process documentation, prospecti, critical date summaries, presentations and notes.

  • Provide daily administrative support for Strategic Alliance Manager and the alliance leadership team including meeting coordination, document preparation and distribution for internal and external engagements across the Alliance team.

  • Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for all administrative matters.


  • Demonstrable organisation skills, project management and multitasking skills

  • Accurate reporting skills with high attention to detail

  • Substantial experience in an administrative based role within a busy and complex environment

  • Proactive, can do attitude

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
