Full-time working 40 hours per week
Salary up to 22,000.00 Yuan Renminbi per month, depending on experience
At Pearson VUE we are excited to be recruiting for an Exam Delivery Manager based in Beijing China. This is a newly created position in the region where you will report to the Director of Test Administration Solutions, and service the growing needs of our assessment delivery business. You will establish and maintain a reliable network of venues across Greater China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to ensure we have plenty of coverage and capacity to deliver assessments.
Your role will involve researching venues and suppliers, identifying commercial opportunities and building successful relationships with all stakeholders. Naturally, you will have a strong business mind and the ability to negotiate with providers to ensure we always deliver assessments for our clients and within budget.
You will ensure that technical program requirements are planned for and implemented when required for particular assessments and across your network of venues. This involves understanding specific client requirements such as security procedures and agreeing timelines and implementation plans, ensuring that we consistently meet company and client quality standards.
You will be a confident communicator and natural ambassador for Pearson VUE as you will need to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the world. You should also identify and implement improvements to our customer service and internal processes.

Our Successful Candidate
This is a career-changing opportunity for an ambitious professional to take the lead on Exam Delivery across Greater China. You will be confident in working independently on your own with minimal supervision and able to seek assistance and escalate concerns when required.
You will be educated to Degree-level and have established experience in managing multiple projects and achieving deadlines. Experience within a similar role in an education or assessment business would be an advantage.
Our business language is English, therefore you will be fluent in communicating in English, both verbal and written.
